Living Well North’s Dementia Day Service is designed to support individuals living with dementia through a structured and engaging approach, incorporating principles of Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (MCST). Through meaningful activities designed to stimulate cognition and social interaction, the service promotes well-being while offering much-needed respite for carers. With a focus on creating a warm, positive, and supportive atmosphere, Living Well North provides a safe space where individuals can thrive, fostering connections and enhancing quality of life for both attendees and their loved ones.


Living Well North Home Care: Supporting your independence

Are you aged 18 or over? Do you need help to live independently at home? We can support you to create your care plan to achieve your goals and aspirations. You can access Living Well North Home Care 24 hours a day, seven days a week all year round.


Our team of support works are there to assist and support with a variant of different task such as:

Shopping whether that be popping to the shop to grab you a few bits or accompanying you to the shops for that big weekly shop, our aim is to support you in maintaining your independence.

Cleaning from a bit of dusting or scrubbing the bath room our aim is to provide a comfortable home environment and healthy lifestyle for you or your loved one. By easing the stress of domestic duties, you can have more time to relax and do the things you love to do.

Food preparation, Your health is important to us and food should be enjoyable, Nutritious and delicious our team will work with out to prepare healthy and nutritious meals you enjoy.
